| Vinification: |
Soft pressing and destemming, temperature controlled alcoholic fermentation below 28°C with frequent pumping over and with a period of maceration of 10-15 days. Malolactic fermentation follows the alcoholic and takes places in stainless steel vats. |
| Ageing: |
12 months in stainless steel vats and afterward, for 13 months, in French oak casks of 10 and 20 hl.
4-6 months refined in bottle. |

| Organoleptic profile: |
A wine of exceptional quality, well balanced and full bodied red ruby colour, intense with garnet reflections; the flavour is persistent and large, ethereal and austere with subtle red fruit flavours; the taste is warm, round, persistent. |

Recommended serving temperature: 18°-20° C; uncork it 1 hour before and serve it decanted in a carafe; roasted and grilled red meat, excellent with game. |
