| Organoleptic profile: |
Yellow straw-coloured, with glare reflections. The flavour is fine, mild with floral notes of hawthorn and dog rose. It leaves a fruity aftertaste. Excellent structure. |

Recommended serving temperature: 10°-12° C; for it’s characteristics it’s appreciated as aperitif and in combination with starters and fish dishes. |
