Grappa is made by distilling the fermented pomace of the Morellino di Scansano.

Distillation process:

It is produced in continuous direct vapour distillation and redistillation of the condensed alcohol in vacuum columns.

Refining: 

18 months in small oak barrels.

Alcohol content: 

43 % vol.

Formats: 

50 cl

Characteristics:

Color: limpid, varying from straw-yellow to soft amber.
Fragrance: persistent bouquet, vinous with scents of fresh pomace and vanilla
Aromatic profile: rich of intense aromas.
Taste: warm, smooth, intense and persistent.

Serving temperature: 9/12° C.
Recommended glass: tulip.
It is the perfect after-dinner drink.
