Grappa is made by distilling the fermented pomace of the Morellino di Scansano.

Distillation process:

It is produced in continuous direct vapour distillation and redistillation of the condensed alcohol in vacuum columns.

Refining: 

6/12 months in stainless steel tanksk

Alcohol content: 

43 % vol.

Formats: 

70 cl., 50 cl., 20 cl.

Characteristics:

Color: clear and diamond.
Aromatic profile: rich of intense aromas.
Taste: warm, smooth, intense and persistent.

Serving temperature: 9/12 C°.
Recommended glass: tulip.
It is the perfect after-dinner drink.
